easy vietnam helps organise traveler details, review uploaded documents and prepare Vietnam e-Visa and Thailand Digital Arrival Card cases. We are an independent assistance service, with no government affiliation.
Each traveler has a separate passport profile and document list. An application can include up to ten travelers. You can start without an account and use your reference plus private access code to return.
You can apply directly through the Vietnam government portal or the official Thailand TDAC portal. Authorities decide visa approval and entry. Our travel stamps and sample document cards are decorative brand illustrations.
Passports and portraits are stored separately for every traveler. File downloads require a valid session with ownership or authorised staff access. Accepted files are JPG, PNG and PDF up to 3 MB; portraits must be JPG or PNG.
Guest sessions use random access credentials. Account passwords use salted hashing. Staff access is restricted through Vercel Authentication and an authorised, verified administrator account; sensitive actions are logged.
Keep your guest access code private, use your own device where possible and close the guest session on shared devices. Never send payment-card information in a message. Report suspected unauthorised access through Contact.
No claim of government certification or a completed external security audit is made. Malware scanning, a fixed deletion schedule and additional staff permission levels remain release work.
Send an application, billing, cancellation or privacy enquiry. Messages are saved for the operations team. Do not include passport numbers, passport files or card details here.
From your first draft to the document in your hand. Find answers about Vietnam e-Visa, Thailand TDAC, documents, payments and your case.
No. Choose a service and processing option, then enter your contact and traveler details. Save your case reference and private access code for later tracking.
Yes. Use the official Vietnam e-Visa or Thailand TDAC government website. Our assistance is optional; TDAC is officially free.
Choose Vietnam e-Visa or Thailand TDAC, select a service option, then complete the traveler, document and trip steps. Review the full total before submission.

Yes. Use Save & exit, then reopen the draft in Track. You can complete information and upload missing documents later.
Choose the nationality printed on the passport you will use for this trip. Search by country name or country code in the nationality selector.
Use the language selector in the header. Changing language keeps the traveler information already entered; passport names must still match the passport.
No. easy vietnam is an independent travel-document assistance service. Only the immigration authority decides approval and entry.
Upload the photo and identity page with all corners visible. The name, number, birth date and expiry date must be clear and readable.
Use a clear, front-facing portrait on a plain background. Avoid filters, glare and anything obscuring your face; staff review it before filing.
Passport files can be JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 3 MB each. Portraits must be JPG or PNG. Government upload limits can differ from our intake limits.
Yes. Select the traveler and upload their passport and portrait in that profile. One traveler’s document does not complete another traveler’s requirements.
Yes. Open the draft in Track and use that traveler’s upload cards, or choose Continue draft to return to Documents.
Wait for the secure-upload confirmation and check that the filename appears under the correct traveler. Keep the page open while an upload is in progress.
The team adds a correction note. Read it in your case, provide a clearer or corrected file when requested, and message the team if anything is unclear.
Drafts and correction-request cases allow document replacement. Other submitted cases are locked; message the team before making a change.
It is an electronic visa issued by Vietnam’s immigration authority. Our service helps prepare the application; approval is issued by the authority.
The official scheme offers up to 90 days with single or multiple entry. Your issued document’s actual dates and conditions govern your trip.
Single entry permits one entry during the stated validity. Multiple entry allows repeated entries within the issued conditions; select the option that fits your itinerary.
The official guidance asks approved applicants to print the e-Visa for entry and exit. Carry the printed document with the passport used in the application.
Before traveling, check your name, passport number, validity and entry conditions. Present the issued e-Visa and matching passport when requested by the airline or immigration.
Do not assume you can travel outside the dates printed on the issued document. Ask the authority about your circumstances before changing your itinerary.
Enter your actual planned arrival checkpoint. Check the official list of e-Visa entry points and ask the team before changing the port after filing.
No. A visa does not guarantee boarding or admission. Immigration checks your passport, visa conditions and circumstances at the border.
No. TDAC is a Digital Arrival Card. It does not replace any visa or other permission required for your visit.
Yes. The government form is free. Any amount shown by easy vietnam is an optional assistance fee, not a Thai government fee.
Official submission is within the three-day arrival window. We can help prepare information earlier, then file when that window opens.
Yes, for advance preparation and review. Official TDAC submission occurs only within three days of arrival, regardless of the assistance package. TDAC is not a visa.
Prepare passport and personal details, arrival and transport information, your real accommodation address and any health declaration requested by the official form.
The official system provides a downloadable confirmation and sends it to the supplied email. Keep a digital or printed copy with your travel documents.
The official system allows updates before travel, but some identity fields cannot be edited. Message the team with the correct details; a fresh submission may be necessary.
No. Use the accommodation where you actually plan to stay. A hotel suggestion is not a booking or permission to declare an address that is untrue.
Open Track to see the current status, case timeline, documents and team messages. Your private case reference and access code let you return from another device.
The case has been saved but not submitted for processing. Complete the required information, documents and review step before submitting.
Your application has been submitted to easy vietnam, but a real payment has not been verified. This status does not mean government filing has happened.
The team is checking your details and documents. Watch the case messages for questions or a request for corrections.
Staff have recorded government filing in your case. The official reference, when available, appears in the workspace; an authority decision is still pending.
Open your case in Track and look for the final document under each traveler. It becomes available after the team verifies the document and release conditions.
Branded updates can be sent when the operator connects email delivery. Check Track as well; do not rely on an email until delivery is confirmed.
Check spam and confirm the contact email in your case. If you cannot restore access, use Contact with the case reference; do not post passport files or private codes there.
The displayed $49 / $59 / $99 prices are assistance fees per traveler. Vietnam government fees are added separately ($25 single / $50 multiple). TDAC government fee is zero. Your full total is shown before submission and payment.
10% of assistance service fees, for the selected package and number of travelers. Government fees are not discounted. The code cannot be combined with another code.
Prepare and save a case without being charged. Available payment methods appear in your application workspace. A test or sandbox checkout is clearly labelled and never starts real application processing; live payment requires an enabled provider connection. Commercial policy details must be completed before the operator accepts live orders.
The case total includes all travelers and selected services. Review the number of travelers, service fees, government fees and discount before paying.
Enabled Stripe and PayPal options appear in the application workspace. A provider that is not connected is not offered as a working checkout.
It is a clearly labeled test environment, not a real charge. Test payments never authorize processing or release of a real customer’s visa.
Check your case payment status and message the team before paying again. A bank notification alone does not confirm that the application received a verified payment.
No. Use the enabled provider’s secure checkout. Never send your card number, security code or payment password in a message or contact form.
Priority intake and document assistance for an urgent Vietnam e-Visa case. Staff confirm availability before payment. It is not an official government expedited visa and does not guarantee approval or same-day delivery.
No. It is our document-review target after complete information and verified payment. Government processing and decisions are separate and may take longer.
After complete information, the required documents and verified real payment. Missing details or correction requests can postpone review.
Business-day targets exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. The immigration authority follows its own operating calendar.
No. Do not treat an urgent package or review target as a boarding guarantee. The airline and immigration authority apply their own document requirements.
Enter the date you need your documents and contact the team immediately. Staff must assess feasibility before confirming an urgent service.
Correct an editable draft before submission. After filing, message the team promptly; the authority may require a new application and a separate fee.
Send the updated itinerary through case messages. Visa validity and TDAC timing must be checked; changing your booking does not change an issued document automatically.
Use case messages or Contact and read the Refund policy. The result depends on work already completed, authority fees paid and applicable consumer rights.
The authority makes that decision. Staff record the outcome and available information in your case; approval is not guaranteed and government fees follow authority refund rules.
Files use private storage and authorized downloads. Your case session and authorized operations staff can access relevant documents; keep your access code private.
Send a privacy request through Contact. Staff review identity and any record-keeping obligations; closing a browser session does not delete stored documents.
These terms govern your use of the easy vietnam website and the assistance services you order through it. By ticking the consent boxes and submitting an application you accept these terms together with the Privacy policy, the Cancellation & refund policy and the Travel & authority disclaimer. The operator’s details appear at the end of this page.
easy vietnam is a private, independent assistance service. We are not a government authority, embassy or consulate, and we are not affiliated with the governments of Vietnam or Thailand. You can apply yourself through the official portals; the official Thailand TDAC is free. Our fee pays for our assistance only and is separate from any government fee.
We organise each traveler’s details, review the uploaded documents against the official requirements known to us, prepare the application and, with your authorisation, file it through the official system on your behalf. We act on your instructions and rely on the information and documents you provide.
We do not issue visas or arrival cards and cannot influence an authority’s decision. We do not guarantee approval, an authority’s processing time, the validity or conditions granted, acceptance by an airline or admission at the border. The review times shown on this website are our own service targets, not deadlines of any authority.
You confirm that every detail you provide is true, complete and matches the passport that will be used for travel, and that you are authorised to act for every traveler in the application, including as parent or guardian of a minor. You are responsible for meeting all entry requirements, such as passport validity, onward travel, funds, health and customs rules. Check every document you receive as soon as it arrives and tell us immediately about any error. Errors in information you supplied are not our responsibility.
The official forms ask for an address in the destination. If you have not given us one, you authorise us to enter a hotel in your destination as your intended first address. You remain responsible for that address: replace it with your actual accommodation before submission, or inform us if your plans change.
Prices are shown in US dollars per traveler. Assistance fees are $49 for Standard, $59 for Express and $99 for SOS. Vietnam government fees are shown separately: $25 for single entry or $50 for multiple entry; TDAC has no government fee. The full total, including the number of travelers and any discount, appears before you pay. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store card details. A receipt is issued for every payment, and bank or currency-conversion charges are set by your card issuer.
Standard and Express aim to complete our document review within five and two business days after complete information and verified payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. SOS is a priority request that our team must confirm before payment. Thailand TDAC can only be filed within the official three-day window before arrival. The date by which you need a document does not bind any authority.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (1) we are not liable for any decision, refusal, delay, error, system outage or rule change by an authority, airline or other third party; (2) we are not liable for loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete or late information or documents you provided, or by an issued document you did not check; (3) we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including flights, accommodation, tours, insurance, lost earnings or missed events; (4) our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the assistance fees you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
Cancellations and refunds are handled under the Cancellation & refund policy, which forms part of these terms. A refusal or delay decided by an authority does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the assistance fee.
If something is wrong with a payment, contact us first and we will look into it promptly. Disputing a charge for a service already performed does not cancel your obligation to pay for it; we may share the case record with the payment provider to resolve the dispute.
We send updates to the email address in your application and to the messages in your case. Keep your case reference and private access code confidential. We are not responsible for messages that do not arrive because of an incorrect address or spam filtering; check your case page for the current status.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, submit false information or documents, or interfere with the website. The website’s content, design, illustrations and software belong to the operator and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
We may update these terms. The version you accept when submitting an application, which we record with the date and time, governs that application. Material changes apply to new applications only.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force.
These terms are available in several languages; if versions differ, the English version prevails. Questions can be sent through the contact form or the messages in your case.
This policy explains how the operator of easy vietnam, identified at the end of this page, processes personal information. We process information in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
We collect contact details, traveler and passport information, trip and accommodation details, uploaded files, application history, support messages and payment references. Do not send card numbers or sensitive documents through the public contact form.
Information is used to prepare and manage the requested travel-document service, verify access, communicate about a case, handle payment and maintain operational records. Government submission requires disclosure of the relevant traveler information to the relevant immigration authority. This is not a completed submission until staff confirm it in the case timeline.
We process information to perform the service you request, to meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax records, for our legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention, and with your consent for optional marketing emails. Providing passport and travel details is necessary for the service; without them we cannot prepare an application.
We share traveler information with the relevant immigration authority when filing, and with service providers that host the website, store files, send email and process payments (such as Vercel, Neon, Stripe and PayPal). These providers may process information outside your country under their own safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Application records are stored in the connected database. Uploaded documents are stored in private object storage and downloaded only through authenticated, authorised requests. Authorised staff can review cases; access and review actions are recorded in an audit log. Payment providers receive payment information through their hosted services when connected.
An authorised administrator may connect a business Gmail mailbox using Google OAuth. The system requests read-only access to import mail matching the configured application filter, and optional sending permission for customer service updates and verified travel documents. It stores relevant message text, attachment metadata and application links in the protected operations workspace. OAuth credentials are encrypted on the server. Unmatched messages and final decisions require staff review. Gmail data is used only for the requested application operations; it is not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. Administrators can pause synchronization or disconnect and revoke access in Admin. Disconnecting does not erase already imported case records; request deletion through Contact. Google API data use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, support, legal obligations and the resolution of disputes. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law. You may ask us to delete documents earlier, subject to those obligations.
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to marketing, and, where the GDPR applies, restrict processing or receive a copy. Send a request through the contact form with the privacy topic; we verify identity before acting. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to your local data-protection authority.
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in, and browser storage keeps your language, accessibility and session preferences. Analytics run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. See the Cookie policy for details.
Travel tips and offers are sent only after you subscribe and confirm your email address. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service emails about your application are not marketing.
The person submitting must be authorised to provide each traveler’s information. A parent or legal guardian must provide information for a minor. Marketing consent is separate from service communications; this site does not enrol applicants in marketing emails.
We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest version on this page.
You can stop preparing a draft without a charge. No payment is taken while checkout is unavailable. Saving a draft does not mean government filing has occurred.
If you cancel after payment but before our team has started working on your application, the assistance fee is refunded in full.
Where Israeli consumer protection law applies to your order, you may cancel a distance transaction within 14 days of the order, subject to the conditions and exceptions of that law. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower, may apply, and the value of any part of the service already performed is deducted. The right does not apply to a service that has been fully performed, for example once your application has been filed with the authority at your request.
Once our review or preparation has started, the assistance fee is refunded only for work not yet performed. After the application has been filed with the authority, the assistance fee is not refundable.
An authority’s refusal, delay, or decision to grant different dates or conditions is not a ground for refunding the assistance fee, because our work has been performed. If a refusal results from an error we made, we will file again without an assistance fee or refund our fee, at our choice.
Government fees are separate. Fees already paid to an authority are subject to that authority’s refund rules and generally cannot be recovered by easy vietnam. TDAC has no government fee.
Duplicate payments are refunded in full. If we cannot provide a service you paid for, including SOS when our team cannot confirm capacity, the assistance fee for that service is refunded in full.
Send a cancellation request through the messages in your case or the contact form. We confirm the amount in writing and return approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days; your bank’s processing time may add to this.
easy vietnam is not an embassy, immigration authority or government portal. Decorative passport-style stamps, logos and sample cards do not certify a traveler’s approval or immigration status.
Authorities determine eligibility, approval, validity and admission. An e-Visa or TDAC does not guarantee boarding or entry. Review official information for your passport and route before booking or travelling.
Visa rules, accepted entry points, fees and forms are set by each authority and can change without notice. You are responsible for checking the official requirements for your nationality, passport and route before you book or travel.
Guides, answers and examples on this website are general information, not legal or immigration advice. They are reviewed periodically but may not reflect the latest official changes.
Hotel names suggested for application forms are not bookings or recommendations. They come from public map data and may be incomplete or out of date.
SOS means priority intake and assistance subject to confirmed staff capacity. It is not an official expedited visa product and does not guarantee government approval within any number of hours or days.
You can apply directly through the Vietnam government portal or the official Thailand TDAC portal. The official Thailand TDAC is free. Our quoted fee pays for optional assistance.
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website independently. The website was adapted to meet the requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, according to Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 at level AA, and we follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidance where possible.
Keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator and a Skip to content link; labels and announced status messages for every form field; text alternatives for meaningful images; sufficient colour contrast; layouts that adapt to small screens and zoom; full right-to-left support for Arabic and Hebrew; and respect for your device’s reduced-motion setting.
The accessibility button at the bottom of every page lets you enlarge text, switch to high contrast, highlight links, use a simple readable font and stop animations. Your choices are saved in this browser.
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter to activate links, and Space to activate buttons. A Skip to content button bypasses navigation. Fields have labels and status messages are announced. Language and country selectors support keyboard use; Escape closes menus.
Government portals, payment pages and Google sign-in are run by third parties and are outside our control. Documents you upload, such as passport scans, are images and are not made accessible. If you find a barrier, tell us and we will help you complete the service in another way.
For accessibility questions, requests or problems, contact our accessibility coordinator using the details below or choose Accessibility support in the contact form. We aim to respond within five business days.
This statement was last updated on 22 October 2026. We review the website’s accessibility regularly and when we add new features.
The ev_session cookie is Secure, HTTP-only and SameSite=Lax. It allows access to your own applications and expires after seven days. Signing out invalidates that session. No password or passport number is stored in the cookie.
Local storage remembers the website language, your accessibility settings and whether animations are paused. Session storage keeps the optional EASY10 discount, whether the offer was dismissed and a guest’s private access code for the current tab. Treat that code as confidential.
If analytics are enabled, they load only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner, with IP anonymisation. You can decline, and the website works fully without them.
You can clear browser storage at any time. Blocking the necessary session cookie prevents secure access to your applications. We do not use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies.
